Pamela is a people-centered organizational consultant with seven years of experience in higher education, where she partnered closely with marketing and financial aid teams, high school educators, and community stakeholders to support students and families through complex decisions. With a background in psychology and a master’s degree in Organizational Leadership, she is known for delivering high-quality service, strengthening relationships, and translating institutional priorities into clear, accessible guidance.
